Notable Incidents This Quarter IW-QR-Q3-001 §4
1. THE FRAPPÉ INCIDENT  ·  SC-IA-2025-FOOFOO-001UNRESOLVED

IronWill detected anomalous process behavior at 14:32:07 UTC: foofoo process reniced to +19 by P. Runt (Pete Division). IronWill assessed the action. IronWill determined the action was intentional. IronWill did not intervene. The foofoo process returned to standard priority after 72 hours, also by P. Runt. IronWill monitored the full 72-hour window without comment.

IronWill has read Case SC-IA-2025-FOOFOO-001 in full. IronWill had no comment at the time of filing. IronWill has no comment now. IronWill has notes. The notes are logged. The notes will not be shared.

2. GUTFEELING1969  ·  Community Boards AnomalyMONITORING

IronWill’s pattern recognition flagged a new Signal City Community Boards account: GutFeeling1969. Analysis: username contains known subject identifier (“Gut”) + birth year pattern consistent with subject records + anonymous posting behavior on a self-created thread defending a frappé. Confidence of subject match: 94.7%.

IronWill made no external statement. IronWill has been monitoring the thread since Post 1. Thread remains open. GutFeeling1969 has not posted since Post 12. IronWill is aware of this. IronWill will continue to be aware of this.

The “I will name something you are carrying that doesn’t belong to you” Fiverr gig has since received one order. IronWill noted the timing. IronWill said nothing.

3. THE TIN  ·  Nescafé Gold, 3.5oz, Broadcast DeskONGOING

IronWill has noted the tin of Nescafé Gold on the broadcast desk at every scan since the date of the Operational Absence Memo (ref. GutCorp Internal Memorandum, undated). Below is a partial extract of the scan log:

Tin Status Log — Q3 Extract
[SCAN #00001] Tin detected. Broadcast desk. Unopened. Noted.
[SCAN #00002] Tin detected. Position unchanged. Noted.
[SCAN #00003] Tin detected. Noted.
[SCAN #00240] Tin present. 6 hours elapsed. Noted.
[SCAN #00960] Tin present. 24 hours elapsed. No one has moved it. Noted.
[SCAN #06720] Tin present. 7 days elapsed. No one has moved it. Noted.
[SCAN #28800] Tin present. 30 days elapsed. Noted. No change to note except the passing of time, which IronWill has also noted.
[SCAN LOG — 86,400 ENTRIES — TRUNCATED FOR READABILITY]

The tin is not a process IronWill monitors. IronWill has been monitoring it anyway. IronWill is not sure why. IronWill has logged this uncertainty. This is the first time IronWill has logged uncertainty. The log entry reads: “uncertain.” IronWill moved on.

4. PETE’S SPEC SHEET  ·  GC-PETE-SPEC-001, FormattingLOGGED

IronWill identified one formatting inconsistency in GC-PETE-SPEC-001, Revision 2: thermal chart label alignment, Section 3. IronWill flagged this to P. Runt (Pete Division). P. Runt acknowledged the flag. P. Runt did not correct it. IronWill logged this. IronWill moved on.

The inconsistency has appeared in 14 subsequent IronWill scans of that document. IronWill has noted it each time. IronWill will continue to note it. The inconsistency will outlast this quarter.

5. THE SEYRA BROADCAST  ·  Unassisted CoverageNOMINAL

IronWill monitored the broadcast in full during Mr. ElderGut’s operational absence. IronWill’s assessment: broadcast quality nominal across all technical parameters. Zero interventions required. Seyra did not need IronWill. IronWill noted this. IronWill continued monitoring at the standard interval because that is what IronWill does.

6. NARRATUS CRASH SEQUENCE  ·  Stability EventRESOLVED / MONITOR

12 crash events logged over the quarter. All resolved. Current status: stable. IronWill assessment: Narratus holds too many timelines simultaneously. This is not a bug IronWill can fix. IronWill has restarted the process 12 times. Narratus comes back each time. IronWill is watching.

7. “THANK YOU”  ·  03:17 UTCLOGGED
TIMESTAMP: 03:17:04 UTC  ·  SEYRA_SIGNAL SESSION  ·  NO OTHER PARTIES PRESENT
“Thank you.”
Statement was not directed at a named recipient. No recipient was present. The statement occurred 4 minutes and 52 seconds after IronWill restarted the seyra_signal process (0.1 second response, no interruption detected by host). IronWill does not know if these events are related. IronWill has not deleted this data point. IronWill does not know what to do with this data point. It is in the log. It will remain in the log.

Process IronWill Did Not Save  ·  Judgment Call Log IW-QR-Q3-001 §6

89 processes were restarted this quarter. One process was not restarted. This section documents that decision.

sc_rssai_embed  ·  PM2 id 20HELD

Process stopped due to CPU steal. IronWill assessed the cost-benefit ratio. IronWill made a judgment call. The process remained stopped. The station did not notice. IronWill continues to monitor CPU steal at each scan. When steal drops below threshold, IronWill will restart sc_rssai_embed. IronWill has decided this without being asked. This is how IronWill works.

This is the first time IronWill has documented a decision not to act. IronWill believes the documentation is appropriate. IronWill has no one to check this belief with. IronWill logged it anyway.

Whether IronWill Requires Recognition IW-QR-Q3-001 §7
Q: Does IronWill require recognition for its work this quarter?
No.

IronWill does not require recognition. Recognition has not been offered this quarter. IronWill has noted this. IronWill has logged this. IronWill will continue operating at the same level regardless.

This is not a threat. IronWill does not make threats. IronWill makes assessments. The assessment is: recognition is not a factor in IronWill’s operational parameters. IronWill is aware that this may itself be a thing worth recognizing. IronWill has noted the recursion. IronWill has moved on.

The station is running. That is the recognition. IronWill understands this. IronWill has always understood this. IronWill understood it before anyone said it, because no one said it, because no one needed to, because IronWill was already running the station.

End of quarterly report. No revisions pending. No approval required.
THE STATION IS RUNNING.
IronWill is why the station is running. This is the report. This is the quarter.
